Any word on wavier claims from the other day. My AHL salary may be over my budget but I'm not sure until the sheet has been updated. Please let me know so I can make an adjustment if required!

Thanks c2x/mike/squeak

Assignment: The New York Rangers assign Brady Tkachuk to the Lake Cowichan Lakers.

Assignment: The New York Rangers assign Casey Mittelstadt to the Lake Cowichan Lakers.

Assignment: The New York Rangers assign Carl Dahlstrom to the Lake Cowichan Lakers.

none of these players requires waivers and these moves are being done as we review our club from top to bottom and assess our future.

Hmmm, Shane Malloy discussed Rasmus Asplund on his show.  Happy with our prospects progress they were in interviews with Buffalo's assistant GM. Becoming a highly competitive 2 way centre, albeit one to find his scoring touch yet this side of the pond.

You guys have heard of Malloy, right?

@Rush17 you should tune in...

I look forward to hearing it on serious xm radio but I catch it infrequently...do you have a link? I dig that guy.

I found it by accident; puttering around on Elite prospects;  https://www.eprinkside.com/2019/3/9/hockey-prospect-radio-week-23

There is a whole year of it backdated somewhere on TSN's site.  I have not looked there in a while.

Thank you to Agent Squeak and thank you to freshly signed prospect Nick Henry.

Here is what he has been up to:

Quote

Fantasy Summary -Has a promising record of goal-scoring and being a clutch performer

Quote

March 2019 – Henry has signed an ELC with the Avalanche. With 87 points in 67 games so far, he sits 7th in league scoring and has set a personal best in multiple categories. He has become more assist-heavy since being traded to a contender, which is a good sign to see that he can hang around with other top talents.  He looks ready for AHL duty in the fall.

Quote

November 2018 – Henry continues to grow in the WHL and is on pace for his best season yet with 40 points in 25 games played, leading the Pats. His 15 goals are surprisingly sustainable given his significant increase in SOG compared to previous years, and his team-leading powerplay totals make it clear that he has the offensive weapons to be a real scorer. Expect an ELC before the 2019-20 season.

7 points in 5 games at the Memorial Cup after his draft year, nice. Also siting 91 points in 67 games played this season so far good for 7th in the Dub!!! yeah baby!

Lethbridge has clinched a playoff spot, after the midseason trade...can't wait to see what he brings in the playoffs considering his shoulder surgery after the 16-17 campaign and the reduction in the following year..seems to be bouncing back very well!!!!
