smithers joe
there has never been a question about goldy's talent, it has always been his desire to bring it more than just a couple of shifts a game. he would play in the offensive end, but head to the bench as soon as the other team started down the ice with the puck. what coach wouldn't choose a player that he can count on to play both ways? Hairy Kneel
Why do some guys like Goldy need 4 or 5 teams before they get it?

The Lock
On 2018-08-04 at 6:31 AM, Pete M said: would you now consider Horvat as a veteran...he will be entering into his 5th NHL season, which is the average length of a career. Sure, although I don't really care about that too much to be honest. My point was that people seem to say "Benning keeps signing veterans" without really defining what a vet is. In this case, clearly just complaining about signing veterans means nothing when people are considering people like Horvat a veteran. People don't seen to know what they want, or at least in a way that conveys it properly.
CharlieChan
Like others have said like the idea of Gagner the second line centre with EP as his right winger. Move Gagner at the deadline when playoff team's are always looking to add extra centres for the Playoffs. With DelZotto it will depends on what happens with Hutton. If Ben comes to training & Looks like the did in his rookie season the JB can trade DelZotto. If Ben has a average camp then JB can keep trying to move Ben.
