First Stan Lee, now William Goldman!

Writer of the Marathon Man, (One hell of a thriller), Screenwriter for Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid. Perhaps most of all, The Princess Bride.

Sad to see great writers passing on.

I don't want to give the impression I'm discounting the fantastic contributions to the comic book industry that Stan Lee clearly made; it's just that sometimes OTHER individuals get a bit underated (except by comic book fanboys....) like Kirby and Ditko.  Again not to ignore the HUGE work Stan Lee did for comic books, it's just that he wouldn't be nearly as "famous" if not for people like Kirby & Ditko (and obviously those two wouldn't be nearly as great without the input from Stan Lee.  It was a true symbiotic relationship.

But this thread is about William Goldman.  Sad news indeed.  RIP.

Just came across this just moments ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCf03KXyzIg (it's the "Once Upon a Deadpool" trailer, which isn't showing up here.)
