With Markstrom and Nilsson already signed and Utica already having 3 goalies? Doubt it

Yeah I mistook Pickard for a defensemen, can't remember his name now for the life of me.  Think maybe he signed with the Isle?

Calvin De Haan!!

Small sample but Dea is a 50 percent faceoff man.

Having more centre depth is good at this point in time.

id rather have pickard over the 2 swedish dorks :( but guess we stuck with em till next year ....sigh

You do realise Pickard's stats over the last 3 seasons are worse than Marky's or Nilly's yes? Like they don't even compare. That kind of difference.

Goaltending has been far from the team's biggest problem this year.  Our goalies are giving the team a chance to win most nights despite playing behind a substandard group of defenseman and a forward group missing its best 2 defensive centers.  They're doing just fine holding the fort until Demko and DiPietro are ready.  I wouldn't be opposed to bringing in a Cam Ward type guy next year to mentor Demko though.

Beagle's back very soon, Sutter hopefully not much longer.

I think I'll be wrong on this one but I think Dea's going to get claimed, if not by the Canucks.

He's an undrafted guy that's a good skater and has a good shot. He's just inconsistent.

Assets: Is a highly skilled, highly creative playmaker who can produce solid point totals at lower levels. Also owns a pretty good shot. Can also be a solid asset on special teams.
Flaws: Lacks optimum (5-11, 175 pounds) size for the National Hockey League game, so he needs to add more bulk and become significantly stronger to maximize output.
Career Potential: Diminutive playmaker with a little upside.
