I don't believe that.

Sayyid Qutb, one of the idealogical fathers of Al-Qaeda spent two years in the US, and specifically mentioned how that song in particular disgusted him and showed him the decadence and immorality of Western Culture.

Bah Humbug ....   we as Canadians can show him way more decadence and immorality than that song....     Let him go out with my old rugby team / hockey team  on a post match saturday night......

That is some real immorality about to happen.......

Most of the music on the radio these days are worse than this song in terms of suggestive themes. This is not only unnecessary but also dumb. If they're going to do this, than ban the hundreds of pop songs that are hundreds of times worse.

Quote

The dance began after an evening service, and was led by the church's pastor, who, according to Qutb breathless account, lowered the lights and put a recording of "Baby, It's Cold Outside" on the turntable in an effort to get the few remaining wallflowers out on the dance floor. "The dance hall convulsed to the tunes on the gramophone and was full of bounding feet and seductive legs," Qutb later wrote. "Arms circled waists, lips met lips, chests met chests, and the atmosphere was full of passion."

Qutb never mentioned the incident to [contemporary Arab student Saeed] Dajani, so neither he nor scholars know exactly when or at what church Qutb's dance took place. Such events were common, often drawing hundreds of students. Dajani, however, had a similar experience, albeit with a bit of a twist.

Next to be banned...

1. “Summer Nights” (from Grease)

In this song, a young woman (Sandy) and man (Danny) tell their friends how they met over the summer and fell in love. While discussing the budding, Danny’s male friends ask him: “Did she put up a fight?” Here it’s implied that Danny has pursued the Sandy sexually, and the men assume she may have “put up a fight,” or resisted these sexual advances. The question is problematic because it legitimates the sexual aggression that women are often subjected to when they interact with men. Danny’s friends act as if it is a natural, inevitable, and acceptable.

True story, but I bet nobody believes.  Baby it’s cold outside helped inspire the creation of Al-Qaeda !  Seriously not lying.  Look up Sayyid Qutb.

Hilarious, a rabid fundamentalist organization with a hatred for the west  that they will sacrifice their own bodies by blowing themselves up were motivated by a western song in a different langauge from a different era, makes a lot of sense to me lol.
