We also didn't have a fire sale like Ottawa did. We didn’t have a fire sale, but losing the Sedins left massive holes in our lineup. We aren’t exactly swimming in legit depth. Our 2nd line LW spot is filled by a RWer that we traded a likely career AHLer for. The other top 6 LW spot is filled by a guy that coaching staff had to healthy scratch cause he questions his consistency. All in all we are in no position to say our roster is above every waiver player just cause their team ain’t great. Our team is 3 forwards deep. Bo’s continued rise in stardom has played a major role in filling their shoes. And plus minus is a joke. Bo and Edler were minus 30 at some point in their career.
