Has to be a win tonight. I think the boys are a proud group and won't go down to a team like Anaheim.

On an aside note, thought about making a separate thread about it, but how much does this Sutter injury impact our season and TDL moves.  They haven't been very specific other than lower body injury and I really hope it isn't his hernia again.  He is one of our more valuable trade chips but still also extremely valuable on our team.  Really hoping it isn't week and week but the skeptic in me thinks it will be. The playoffs are ours if we perform, so hopefully this group can string some W's together. If we don't, we are only 6 points off the floor in the west so it wouldn't take much to tank lol

Slump Buster Canucks to the rescue!

If there is ine one thing in hockey you can bet on, it’s that either a player will finally break that record he’s been chasing, or that a team will finally get a win, AGAINST the Canucks.

One of the Hockey Gods 10 Commandments, I’m sure.

Remember when the NYI did it a few years back here?

Theres a long list of painful examples that long-time fans could rattle off about this Canucks phenomenon.

Slump Busters.

IMO the game plan tonight is to go for the tie and insure one point.

Looks like Green s going for a shut down line to deal with Getsaf with Beagle, Erkisson and Motte

Last change for Anaheim.

Facing this team will be hard, undoubtedly the "room" will be coaching this game and they will be invested.

The goalie, tired? You bet, time zones and long hours and totally unknown to anyone, does he speak english?

Canucks will have to start the game faster than most of the last 8 games, last game SJ eased up, Anaheim has a whole lot of cr@p to get out of their system, there could be a big can of whoop as$ out there, they have pride as well.

Does Green save something for tomorrows game or shoot the load tonight?

12 of them will want to be on the ice at the same time - wonder if the zebras would call them for too many men....

.. I think it’s funny that Tryamkin handled Getzlaff quite well by himself.  ;)
