This was not an easy trade to make. Bo is my favourite player in the league, Marky took great strides last year, and we have high expectations for Wahlstrom. Adding a more experienced blueliner would be a primary target. Ideally, a younger player but we are open to discussing all options. The team will have Haydn Fleury and Max Lajoie both competing for a role on the team's D-core next season. Logan Stanley may also make a push but we could use a more established blueliner who can help carry some of the load. Notably, we are hoping to move one early 5th and one later 5th to get into the early 4th round.
