Reimer for sale

Florida gonna go with Luongo/Bobrovsky and  Monte as a 3rd next year leaving the Canucks...trading for Luongo the following so we don't get screwed on the recapture since the team will probably not be receiving the same grace that the Flyers, Hawks, Wings etc all managed to

This is just low key meddling is all it is. Seeing as they aren't allowed to 'talk' to Bob, they put out these little 'news' stories. Two days ago Luongo was announced as the backup next season. LOL I would love to see Bob sign elsewhere just to stick it in their eye.

Edmonton is the team that really needs him.

He's not going to be the solution to their goalie issues. The issue isn't even entirely about the personnel. It's the upper management. They're so incompetent.

Always liked Reiner, just not as a goalie.

What do the Panthers do with Bobby Lou, if they sign Goalie Bob?

If Luongo doesn't retire, then Bobrovksy will learn a lot and become a better goalie if he's smart enough to sponge up Luongos wisdom. Maybe he'll one day be able to get 2 wins in a SCF by standing on his head and winning 1-0...

Then again... I doubt it. Winning two 1-0 games in a scf is unheard of and God like territory :)

Luongo hasn't decided on his future yet - they'll probably know this week as teams can't start talking to free agents on the 23rd.  Florida says it's up to Luongo - the understanding if he returns is that it will be in a back up role.  He can't have the workload of a starter anymore.
