He sure is!

I would have thought he'd get more than that, so didn't even make an offer.

That's something I've regretted doing in the past. Learned my lesson. Never hurts to send an offer!

We have a pretty strong team. Feel very fortunate to get some forward & forward prospect depth respectively. Nygard coming off a 20 goal SHL season & signed with Edmonton of the real life NHL.  Sodergran undrafted the last 2 years in CDCPuck, just 19 has also played most of the last 2 years in the SHL. Where he had great results for a U20 player in a mens league. A chance to

As a team, we have taken pride in developing, or acquiring young talent as the core of our hockey program.  A track record of playing and developing our rookies. We'll do our best to launch the careers of the two players.

Thanks for the work of the agents, welcome Joakim & Johan!

Small signing but we're really happy to have Joe on board. He fits the bill as an offensive dman that Florida continues to pursue. We are also focusing on college players this off season with hopefully some more to come.

We caught up with Nashville GM, Apollo after his three recent signings.

small.png Bo Horvat - 3 years, $5.3m**

"Say what you want, but we here in Nashville aren't fond of throwing hand grenades as the Great Brian Burke would say... but when a player like Bo Horvat is up for grabs,  you have to jump at the opportunity. We hope Tampa Bay will take the compensation and save the 5.3 mill in cap. Seems like a pretty sweet haul for Tampa... we didn't send no silly low ball like Bergevin would!

We hope we can reunited Bo with our team Captain Alex Edler and fellow linemate Tanner Pearson (who literally looks like the boy version of Bo's Fiance)"

*No disrespect to Tanner, he's a very handsome man... he just looks related to Holly... maybe same dentist who knows.

small.png Curtis McElhinney - 1 year, $2.75m

"We love what Curtis has been able to bring to the table in his last few seasons. We look forward to the stability he will bring to our Franchise after the retirement of Roberto Florida."

small.png Erik Haula - 3 years, $3.25m

"When you get a chance to acquire a player that was born only 90 minutes north of the Great Sami Salo... you jump at that opportunity. Plain and simple... when healthy, Sami Salo was one of the best players of all time."

That's true.

I apologize for the major inactivity.  I have a big proposal due at the end of the month and so my attention to this league and my own league has been very low, if not non-existent.

I'll try to be more active everybody :)

Good luck with your proposal Coach!

Guess you didn't need to attend Philly's prospect camp ;)

When it's all said and done, AV will be one of the top 5 coaches of all time. He's currently 12th in wins, but very young and many years ahead.

After LuongoGate 2019 I can no longer cheer for Florida.... so my easy new choice is gonna be Philly lead by AV. I bet AV and Philly will upset the Pens in the playoffs when they meet next.
