* We have so much F depth heading into this season compared to the past few years! So many solid options and looks for Green and his coaching staff. This lineup of mine doesn't even account for Motte (great 4th liner whose compete level is thru the roof), Roussel (ultimate agitator), [Schaller and Eriksson]...Utica bound?

 

** If Goldobin is tendered an offer and on the team, I for one want him playing with Petey. They showed some good chem last season and we need Goldi producing in the top 6. Hopefully Petey's work ethic would rub off. If Goldi ain't in the top 6 he doesn't have value on our team. Also, having Brock on the 2nd line spreads out our attack as teams would have to pick their poison so to speak, in terms of line matching.

***I hope Demko gets around 25-30 starts. That would be a  much better sample size than the 9 games he played last season.

JV needs a real shot in the top 6. 15 goals with limited pp2 time , bottom 6 ice time & playing with bottom 6 players on a bad team. Stick him with Bo for the season & he will get 20+ & be a huge part of the team's future. Stick him on the 3rd & 4th line trying to make him a defensive player he's going to be a complete waste of his talent and ability.

this basically gives the Canucks a chance to have all their big guns out on the ice at the same time, with still decent depth behind them
