CharlieChan
Why would we trade a right sided defenseman & sign a left handed UFA defenseman? The thought was very stupid for the original poster to suggest. Maybe he's had too many blows to his head , getting him a prescription for medicinal marijuana. He must have a head injury to propose that. I mean signing Gardiner for about the same money as Tanev, why would we do that?! Especially as Gardiner is a LEFT handed defenseman! And handedness os the MOST important thing to consider when evaluating players! Surely playing Gardiner on the right side would have an impact on his points totals? Let’s see...he got 30 points in 62 games last season? Huh, what? Oh, you say he also put up that many points playing on his offside? Oh... Well surely we can’t do without Tanev’s points? He got like 40 right? Oh what? He only got 12 points in 55 games? Oh... But why would we want a UFA when we have Tanev signed long term? What? Only one more season on his contract?! Geez! Maybe I jumped the gun OP...Not a bad proposal after all. How’s the head?
ericisinfinity@hotmail.com
Send Erickson to Utica. Case closed. Theres no spot for him even after multiple injuries. Dont give him the comfort of sitting in the box watching each game. If you send him to Utica he will retire there's no chance he's going to ride the bus in the AHL for three more years. If he doesn't get called up by Christmas which he wouldn't he will retire and they will not have to pay him a penny. Problem solved.

The idea of trading a asset to get rid of him when it's as simple as shipping him to the ahl it's a no brainer 2 hours ago, ericisinfinity@hotmail.com said: Send Erickson to Utica. Case closed. Juolevi had 13 points in 18 games before his knee injury..He would of played 35-40 games last year but unlucky with injuries.. We will be excited very soon with this young 21 year old 6'3 talent..Will push for # 4 D man by February, surprise player this year.. Comeback_Kings
Sautner and Juolevi should be good to go at LD this season.
