Kobayashi Maru
Wow, I'm surprised that he can't stay in the league as a backup. Didn't expect him to retire.
Popular Post Coconuts
I'll always be thankful to him for helping knock off the Oil in the final. I hate that Carolina has a cup but still. Won it all as a rookie (and a Conn Smythe to boot) and was respectable for a while before the entire Hurricanes team fell off. Also won a World Championship with Canada. 701 games in the bigs is nothing to sneeze at, he had a solid career. 1
theo5789
Definitely a career not to be ashamed of. Hope he enjoys his retirement and can start his next chapter earlier rather than being a journeyman backup goalie.
NewbieCanuckFan
Lol.....I thought he retired years ago.
DJSkingz
Hope he enjoys retirement. Had a very good career and should be proud of his body of work. All the best Mr. Ward.
N7Nucks
35 years old, for some reason I thought he was younger. Goodness gracious I am getting old. He had a solid career. He set the bar for himself way too high with his rookie season but even then he had a commendable career. Hopefully he doesn't have a bunch of lingering injuries and soreness that'll follow him for the rest of his days.
Ghostsof1915
When you dive into the league and win a cup, hard to top that. Great career Cam.
canucklehead44
He has a solid career but looking at his numbers I thought he was better. 2.74 career GAA and .908 save percentage isn't great for the era he played in.
Elias Pettersson
All these players retiring but Loui wants to earn his spot...
GB5
Good western biy. He had a good career. He only had one blemish on when he played for Chicago last year.
Junkyard Dog
Had an amazing Cup run story as a rookie goalie that took over. Slowly started to decline after that.
