In his second full season in the AHL last year, he put up 54 points in 69 games (30 goals). He has the offensive tools and owns a wicked wrist shot. I remember hearing rumblings about him when he was 15 years old. Scouts had him pegged at the time as a future top 10 pick. Ended up going in the 3rd round, due in large part to a very public rift he had with his coach in his draft year. One has to wonder how much longer he’ll be given a shot in NA.
