Nucks get no respect. And the longer that lasts the better.

Our boys are better when they play with a chip on the shoulder and it’s never bad sneaking up on teams who thinks it’s a guaranteed two points.

Under the radar is the best place to be.

Goal of the decade?

There is this sick goal that took place at the beginning of the decade and Tkachuck's goal ain't dethroning that one. There is a perfect tip pass from this guy wearing 33 followed by perfect receiving of the puck all while defender is tagging the forward wearing 22, deke leading to missed poke check, and then there's between the leg shot. Tkahuck's goal is like, I got no time left, I'm just gonna shoot it anyway I can. Oh look, it went in!

Sorry but this guy was the trick shot king and #4 against the Canucks looks eerily similar. ::D

Hopefully Bear in with Bo and bump Pearson down to sutters wing.

Not sure Baer is going to be able to do that, this team is completely different and I am not sure Baer is up to the task. I hope he does but he needs to keep up with the bigger, faster bodies to go along with his skill. Along the boards is where he is going to have the most trouble. We shall see.

Pearson has one assist in 5 games. And the alternative is Bear on a grinding sutters line?

Hes always been fine along the boards amyways.

Dan Murphy on sportsnet 650 - can't speculate but generally players who have had head injuries would be whisked away and evaluated after the game immediately, but Ferland was with the team and eating a meal.  Murph didn't want to say Ferland didn't have a concussion, but but based on what he saw, may not be the case.

I don't think scoring is an issue right now. ::D Our strong point for this group is the ability to get the puck out of the corners and up the ice. This is because we are bigger and stronger. Not sure Baert emphasizes that. We spent a lot of time trying to get out of our zone and trying to get the puck out of the corners last year. I think this is why players such as Baert, Goldy,Gaud and LE are on the sidelines most days. The current play speaks for itself.

0:28 it looks like Clifford connects on his jaw

Also at 0:35, its tough to see but Clifford throws an uppercut, but because Ferland's back is to us, we can't quite see whether it connected.

Its still considered an Upper Body injury so it could also be a shoulder issue for Ferland.  He has had shoulder injuries in the past as well, last one was in a fight against Backes last year where he won the fight but left the game immediately after the fight.

If that fight ends up causing a concussion on Ferland, then I would seriously wonder if Ferland even comes back to play....considering the history and uncertainty before he signed.

I can kinda understand it. We've had a pretty easy schedule thus far. Half our wins were Detroit and LA. Lets be real neither are what anyone would consider top tier teams. They have Edmonton at 11, which I think is pretty low. I'd have Edmonton and Vancouver ranked ahead of Arizona and Vegas, but hey what do I know?

5 Pacific Division teams in the top 16, does that make our division the best in hockey?

I think Furley broke a knuckle on the other guy's helmet.

All he has to do is not fall when he gets near the boards and he'll be a step up from LE
