But that's twice in a row where's he's made the wrong decision. This one was glaringly obvious that he should've came out to play the puck. I'm not gonna put the game on him but that's disappointing to see Puck was too far out with 3 Blues players skating towards it. They would have got an empty net goal if he came out. 1
Popular Post BlueDragon23
We probably deserved a better fate in that one. But we managed to squeeze out a point against the Champs, so not too bad. What a crap end though. Felt bad for Marky, literally nothing he could do. 1
Popular Post Jester13
Great game by our boys again! 1 point at least is good. Out playing every team, even the champs. Just keep pushing, boys! P.S. I'm going to the game in Winnipeg this Friday!!! I can't believe it - it's going to be suuuweeet 1
-AJ-
Glad we got a point. Irritated at Myers for taking out our own guy. Marky had a very low chance of stopping a 3-0. Life goes on. We kept it close with one of the best teams.

I get it, frustrating to lose like that but there are better ways to deal. If it was once it may come across better but it seems to be a regular thing. Get over it. You'll never even come close to what he's doing out there. The pressure he feels.

Your best player best scorer and fastest skater. That needs to be asked. What coach makes that choice? Virtanen had a decent game...not putting him on was -.-
CRAZY_4_NAZZY
Canucks' deserved a better fate than that, but sometimes it doesn't shake out in our favor. Blues got the extra point but we gave them all they could handle.

CDC logic Watch the play again, and tell me how I'm wrong instead of just saying "CDC logic" Myers' decision was awful, but Markstrom had a clear opportunity negate Myers' error and play a puck that was not far from him at all. A goalie has other responsibilities other than to make saves. He's made decisions in two overtimes that have both turned out to be the wrong decision. I was stating that it was disappointing to see despite him being solid all around. Edited November 6, 2019 by Grape 1
Slegr
Virtanen looked great tonight, Hughes was his superb self. Great job to get a point. OT was entertaining, and maybe I was still happy that we tied it up to force OT, but I found the end pretty funny, seeing Myers steamroll another Canuck causing a 3-on-0. Blown opportunity, but you can see the team had trouble with a big team. Trouble as in outplaying them 90% of the game instead of 100%? He made some spectacular saves to keep us in it. That play however, was 1. due to Myers being way too aggressive as the last man back, and 2. due to Marky not coming out of his crease even after the Blue threw a puck way too hard down the ice Just can't agree with you here. There's a pretty solid consensus that the puck was too far for Marky. 1

I loved Markstrom’s passion there - we have a lot of even keel personalities, I think his temper is a key element with this group. 1
Brad Marchand
I'll be honest, I laughed a bit. It's one game of 82. Mistakes happen. The more important thing is that Canucks are continuing to play well and dictate the pace of the game. 1

Popular Post Nuxfanabroad
Loui's tryin out there, & the fans appreciate it. But when this team gets rolling with Motte & Roussel added, it will be a handful. Take the pt, & keep playing with this kinda' effort. 5
Popular Post -SN-
The game was a good experience - everyone gets a taste of the playoffs where the rulebook is thrown away and it's clutch and grab 24/7. Happy to get a point and no injuries. 1
