Podkolzin) + current roster player to temporary replace Hall or 1st + Boeser Either situation, it is a no go especially option 2 2 1
Popular Post Type R
I'm not sure he's worth it, Hall embodies everything the Canucks have kept out of its dressing room. 2
Popular Post 48MPHSlapShot
He'd look really nice alongside Petey or Bo, but the price would be way too much, especially for a player approaching 30 and on an expiring contract.

I'm not as up to date about Taylor Hall, but given that he has won the Hart Trophy, I'd like to know more details about what is so bad about him.

Darius
Media generating Johnny Gaudreau speculation..... https://nypost.com/2019/11/23/maple-leafs-dysfunction-devils-taylor-hall-idea-in-lowly-times/ Quote If the Flames knew they could sign Hall to an extension, would they move Johnny Gaudreau (five goals, 18 assists, 23 points in 25 games and with a cap hit of $6.75 million per through 2021-22) for the pending free agent? https://thehockeynews.com/news/article/rumor-roundup-why-flames-canadiens-are-two-clubs-to-keep-an-eye-on Quote Sam Carchidi of The Philadelphia Inquirer believes the Flyers should be front of the line if Gaudreau is available. Citing the winger’s youth, skill, South Jersey roots and affordable $6.75-million cap hit, Carchidi feels he would be a good addition to the Flyers’ core. Carchidi acknowledged landing Gaudreau would cost the Flyers some high draft picks. If the Flames want more immediate help, he proposed including a veteran winger such as Jakub Voracek or James van Riemsdyk in the deal. Over the weekend, the New York Post’s Larry Brooks wondered if the Flames would consider swapping Gaudreau for New Jersey Devils left winger Taylor Hall if Calgary could re-sign him to a contract extension. Hall, 28, is slated to become an unrestricted free agent next July.
Canucks Curse
1st+ Podkolzin+ Virtanen+OJ for Hall, if he signs, they get and additional 2nd in 2022 3
coastal.view
if team were to acquire hall they would also then be deciding that one of bo, brock, ep40, or hughes will end up being moved for cap reasons Edited November 30, 2019 by coastal.view
Pickly
This is a deal I could get behind. Guys an absolute game changer when he turns it on and would instantly make our top 6 one of the best in the league. Pipe dream though.

Canucks already traded one for Miller. Want to go two years with no first round pick? Canucks still need to sign Pettersson and Hughes later on... Canucks cannot afford Hall. 2 1 1
Darius
If they Canucks were even thinking of pulling off a big move like this I would prefer that they spend the assets on a legit offensively minded top 4 d man. Someone besides QH that can rush the puck and generate points from the blue line. A guy that can play on a different pairing than QH and transition the puck and or generate rushes would do wonders for the top 6. Crabcakes
The Devils had better be shopping Hall because he'll walk in free agency otherwise.
NUCKER67
Canucks could not only use his power forwardness and physical offence, but also his Draft Lotto luck. I'm sure he would love to take it to EDM several times a year.
Industrious1
Vancouver doesn't have the expendable resources to get it done. Now speculation for other teams, that is interesting.
CRAZY_4_NAZZY
If Canucks are sold on making a push this would be a deal they could make depending on the price. Worth exploring, maybe the cost isn't as high as we think it is. We definitely need a legitimate top six forward not patch work players like Pearson, Ferland, or Virtanen.
