smokes
Bo Horvat grew up out of learning from the Sedins and look how much that helped him. Boeser only played a little bit, Petey never has and Quinn even less. Would love to have the Sedins be in practice with the players and give little pointers here and there. Especially in the fitness area. Think it would do a lot of good for the young players.
goalie13
If they taught via leading by example, how are they going to do that as player development coaches? With pointers? What is it you think they will do that guys like Manny isn't?

Show what to do in terms of fitness etc. How to stay effective from game 60-82. Henrik hasn't got injured much, there's gotta be something he can teach. Success on the ice doesn't necessarily translate to success behind the bench.
NewbieCanuckFan
Rather than addition how about subtraction? Isn’t it about time we moved on from the guy responsible for coaching the power play? (Brown).
Tre Mac
If they wanted to work in hockey they'd be hired by now.

-AJ-
I don't get the impression they really want to be working in hockey again right now. Maybe some day, but I think they still want to enjoy their retirement and time with their families for now. 1

runtzguy
No, the Sedins were never good 1v1. So no

khay
Maybe. Bo certainly needs to learn how to control the play in the offensive zone from the Sedins. His o-zone time is too short. If Bo adds that to his game, he will be scoring 80+ points and join the likes of Bergeron et al as one of the premium centers in the league.

I agree we need a power play coach that will take our power play from #4 in the league to first
Nuxfanabroad
One will be GM, & the other, a western "scout"(lots of vacay time). They secretly alternate the gigs on even/odd days, and/or wks. Already mapped this out, so a guarded secret(keep it under the cap, eh). Pay Brackett handsomely to assist in this ultimate op. JB can leisurely enjoy a light sched after a few Cups! I just dont think its been long enough for them yet. A couple of more years at least. But I agree with you they would have a job for sure by now.
