Darcy Kuemper is hurt.  He's played 24 games for the Coyotes although they have a capable backup in Anttii Ranttaa (damn you Finish double letters).

I feel like a mini Arizona slide is not out of the question.

It was already 7-5 when he left the game with just around 3 minutes left.

------------

Barn burner, who would have thought between Minnesota-Arizona.  Tocchet upset wondering if they think they are suddenly the Harlem Globetrotters (his words) - too loose defensive coverage.

It was the 1st game back for Dubnyk who has been away from the team for a month - his wife is dealing with a serious medical condition.   It was also the 1st game back for Spurgeon who had missed the past 7.  Koivu (C2), Zucker (LW1), ErikssonEk (C3) are still injured and the Wild had two AHL call-ups playing C in their lineup.

The Wild have the best record in the league since 14 November after being the worst team at end of October.

They were only the 2nd team in league history to play 20 of their 1st 30 games on the road.  A league high 23 games on the road and will now play 18 of their next 22 at home with 4 x 1 game road trips sprinkled in between over the next 61 days (close to 9 weeks).

Didn’t give up a single roster player coyotes are fine except this loss of Kemper is going to hurt them, getting Hall so early will do nothing but help them if and when they make the playoffs

Respectfully Disagree.  Hall is a selfish player.  The Coyotes, to be successful, have to play a very defensive, trapping style.  They keep high chance shots against down, but sacrifice offence to do so.  Kessel is minus 18 because he’s terrible defensively, and just can’t play the style the team does effectively.  Hall is even worse.  As they start to lose games, and fall out of a playoff spot, there will be trouble in their room.

I really hope you’re right and I’m wrong but I think Hall’s going to end up being just with the coyotes need.Kessels -18 is also a little skewed as he’s been sick and probably shouldn’t of played a few of the games when he first came over to the coyotes I think this will be the shot in the arm they need to get them into the playoffs. Kempers injury can  go either way either the team comes together and is better in front of Ranta or they suffer because they lost there number one. Hope for the Canucks they miss him.Not sure about the personality issues if there is any

Zucker had surgery this Friday to repair a broken fibula and will be out 4 to 6 weeks.  He got hit by a Seabrook dump-in attempt last Sunday - Seabrook came to apologise straight away.  Was in the 1st period and Zucker finished the game.

Oilers play Habs tomorrow.  If they lose and we beat the Pens, we're only two back when the Oilers come here Monday.  Could end up tied, and still with two games in hand.

Got a theory that the league gifted them McD, cos' no one wants to play/live in that sh**hole(to use Presidential lingo). They need Cdn markets hooked, to funnel profits down south. Rev sharing secrets are guarded like nukes.

At 27, he'll get sent to a primo(US, of course) contender, compensation for his extended tour of duty.
