Even the loyalty of the loyalest fans have been tested to the extremes. Now that they can actually be in a position to win, this trade makes them a lot better with the depth. This is as much of a move for the team as it is for attracting more fans. They are in a WIN now mode. That assumes the Coyotes have fans in the first place... I'm hoping Hall lights up the Oilers while playing for Arizona, it'd be funny as hell
Nave
Good haul for the Devils. But they're still the most disappointing team in the league this season.

Nuxfanabroad
The LEAGUE will help the 'Yotes every criminal way they can. Recently parachuted in a new, well-heeled owner, didn't they? Similar to the Canes..they'll be able to sell vets for picks & prospects(softball trades)..then pkg those excess assets for talents like Hall. Almost all US markets are revitalized in a jiffy. This IS how this league rolls. Watch how quickly the Rags turnaround will be executed. It's an old boys club. Owners & GM's will cooperate(to varying degrees) & Cdn teams are reduced to a 2nd tier, BS-feeder status.
Hockey God
Now we can see why Benning ponied up a first for Miller. Cost certainty, term, and talent = assets which have to be paid. Arizona just did the same, and paid a bit more for the name and potential over the lack of term. Well done, Arizona, and Benning. 1
