-SN-
On one hand we have Hall back in our very competitive division this year. On the other hand, Arizona sacrificed its future again. I'd call this is a good long-term deal for the Canucks. Nice work JB. 1

Waaaaay off 6 assets for hall as a rental, i hope he goes ufa and the yotes fold like atlanta did. I don't wish for the Yotes to fold. They have had to struggle so much to stay afloat. The six years that Gretzky coached it was abysmal.

Sad thing is, with how they run things it'll be almost impossible to ever see a Cdn champion again. The league is a rigged, F***ing casino, & our game has been pilfered. WHL rocks
Bahl is decent prospect. Top 3 to 5 from ARZ prospects.. Hall is going UFA and not extending before July 1st. Hall wants to play for the Cup he's only played 1 playoff round in his career. Merkley and Schnarr are marginal prospects.. likely career AHLers with occasional call ups. Bahl + 1st for Hall 50% retained... Not bad deal The 1st rounder is top 3 protected. Conditional 1st is if Hall extends and ARZ wins a round.. unlikely both those things happen. If they do ARZ won't mind giving up the 1st.. Edited December 16, 2019 by WHL rocks

Vegas, San Jose finding their stride again, Yotes solidifying strong team, Edmonton hanging to dear life onto McDavid and Draisaitl, Flames finding their legs as well. Canucks finding themselves trending backwards.......New Jersey now needs a LW....... Baertschi to NJ confirmed e5 pretty bleak outlook of our team\ i have much more confidence than you in the coilers and flames ability to fail suck it up man.. those alta teams are good at returning less then expected particularly that edmonton team and i still think san jose is a bit oldish and cannot sustain their current pace most teams have a bit of an uptick after canning a coach i think nucks can still bounce back they just need to get a solid stretch of games going they have played quite poorly recently but that can be corrected, they have youth and talent on their side

That seems like a hell of a lot to give up for an unsigned UFA unless it was a top tier team thinking that was the only piece needed to win the cup. GhostsOf1994
So edmonton moved hall for larson to sign lucic, traded lucic and a pick for neal. Somehow calgary loses this trade between njd and arz
