-Vintage Canuck-
"Very good, that line was good tonight... I don't know if you want to say 'taking it to another level' but he's certainly playing well. He was playing well before the All-Star Break too." - Green on Pettersson

Hurricanes were hungry too. 3 outta 4 points against a couple good teams. Your right Petey was lights out. That goal from the corner was a beauty

That line needs to maintain offensive pressure and wear opponents down not get hemmed in their own zone. Bo and Pearson need a playmaker, which is why Leivo worked so well with them. Getting Leivo back just in time for the playoff push is going to be a major boon to his team. The old LTIR merry go round is and will continue to pay dividends.

I don’t think that was the strategy. Overtime is about possession. Faceoffs are very important

Tough game, tough building against a team that's desperate. Thought that was a pretty intense game. Both teams played well, probably fitting it went to OT and a shootout." - Green It's only getting tougher with our next stop. Green may end up repeating most of the lines postgame Tuesday. DownUndaCanuck
If we can get back in the winning column, this will be a Blues-like run to be honest. After a horrible losing streak we've put together two nice winning streaks and can keep the point streak going on this road trip. Hope they rest, recover and come out strong against Boston. Minnesota will be a rough but hopefully easier game.

Yes but I just finished saying they were both on the ice for extended time. And then there was another faceoff in our end. 3 on 3 is a lot of skating. If people didn’t tire out I’d just leave Petey out there for the full 5 minutes lol
DeNiro
People shouldn’t analyze this one too much. That was a very good team that was rested and hungry vs a tired team playing back to backs in the morning. They were probably mad we hung in there till the end. If there’s such a thing as a character 1 point game that’s it. 2
