Sutter has no grit or heart disappears just saw much as LE and he’s equally disappointing to watch dump it in with no chance of retrieval over and over.

Not sure why boeser was put on  A third line while perennial disappointment LE get 2nd line duty seems his confidence is down.  Demotions  tend to have that effect.

Soon as they revert to the dump and chase the games over we lose.

Good to see jv and Mac to bad only three guys finish their checks the rest like sutter turn off... soft no with balls.

What do you expect from a 3C? There's only so much you can hope for.

2 games, at the end of a long distance west-east coast road trip.  Yup.  If that's your measuring stick on the season, I guess that's your opinion then.  Your incessant complaining makes this forum hard to read, but I guess that's what the block button is for.

I know. Absolutely whiny, condescending, know it all, Canuck hating troll comments every single post. How this guy isn't banned for this crap I don't know.

GUYS ITS A F***ING 82 GAME SEASON.

WE ARE BOUND TO LOSE SOME. Take a few sh!t losses here and be thankful the other teams (minus VGK) lost as well. We are slumping at the right time(If there is a time to slump)

The playoff race is still a moot point right now. 2 bad games, a few guys slumpin and ready to snap. Horvat who is my favourite player, had his first game where he was invisible. WHO CARES! We werent picked to be a playoff team, yet we lead the pack. Our depth is deeper than its ever been. The team has come together this year and at a young age and provided competitiveness.

- We have won games we shouldnt have won (not a lot of complaints when that happened)

- We have lost games we shouldn’t have (sometimes that is the luck of the draw)

- THEN THERE ARE GAMES WHERE YOU LOSE BECAUSE YOU ARE DESTINED FOR A FEW BAD GAMES.

Be thankful we have such a talented young team that has yet to fully blossom and is backed up by the budding prospects who are beginning to bloom and yet to fully flower in such a rich system of talent.

Yes losing sucks, take the positives and lose the negativity. The boys are frustrated enough, Tuna dropped em, Mac daddy tried to make an impact and helll CHRIS TANEV WAS STARTING TO STEAM

Could be Toronto or Buffalo (FUBAR)

Would love to watch a game with you knucklehead - wish more fans had the outlook you do. Even the best teams in the league are bound to lose 20-30 games per year.. last season’s St. Louis blues record was 45-28-9.. meaning they lost 37 games last season.. can’t win em all

You obviously did not watch this game.  There’s only about 5 games a year i blame on reffing, this was one of them.

lol maybe from you.. but majority of the fan base every game it's the ref's fault when they lose.. and when they win they beat the other team and the zebras... just saying.. we have 198 powerplay opportunity this year.. the most of any team avging almost 4 per game.. and we have a healthy lead of 14 more than the next closest team.. and 16 more than the NHL's favorite Boston...

Yuppp. We've had a lot of games this season where the refs have been in our pocket. I don't recall any posts other than mine admitting to some games where clearly the refs helped us win.

There's a lot of bias on these forums. A lot. It's sad that hf boards at times has a more objective view on things.

You can't even say something realistic and negative without getting one of those stupid confused emojis from somebody who doesn't understand hockey.

that's because when something goes right for us.. people will say well it was the correct call anyways.. so the ref didn't benefit us.. and when it's the missed call.. the ref is against us.. every night ref makes good and bad calls against both teams.. good teams will battle thru it.. look at washington? they are top of the league.. yet they have more penalties than powerplay.. we are also at the top of the league in terms of powerplay vs penalty kills.. so people need to stop complaining about the ref and the players need to start showing up for games consistently at the start of the game.. not half way thru a period or game..

Anyone else think we need to keep MacE for the rest of the season to make sure teams don't take liberties with guys like Petey?

I think they should give him a shot ... groom him for schaller type duties.  How about Bailey? On paper he looks like a big guy and he can skate like the wind I hear? I haven’t see him play,  Is there bite to his game?

Try him over Schaller. I've grown tired of big bodies that don't stick up for teammates. This team looks soft again.

Thought he did really well vs Foligno who is a big strong player who knows how to pugil.  Our stars will always be targets much like any teams stars.  The point is to respond.
