I can live with the game. The team was cleared exhausted, at least to start it. Some pretty good push back in the 2nd and 3rd.

Kudos to Virtanen for sticking up for a teammate when Roussel got decked.

Hope EP40 and Fantenberg are okay. I'm still pissed off that nobody stuck up for EP40 on the ice after that late hit in the last game.

I expect we may see Benn back in the line-up next.

Time to regroup and put some home wins together.

One big problem is getting too cute offensively. This looked like the Canucks of years past with how inept our offense was.

Gaudette missed an open net, Myers had a pass re-directed, exc. So there we're chances but coming close led them to keep trying to make the extra pass, & Minny just grinded us away. At some point they had to forget about getting the perfect open net goal.

In a game like this you aren't going to get pretty ones when Petey is out & Boeser isn't going, just gotta simplify & shoot.

Have you looked at our record in the last 2 games. More importantly how we played in those games?

Have you looked at the many times we are outplayed and outshot?

Have you looked at the fire drills in our own end?

2 games, at the end of a long distance west-east coast road trip.  Yup.  If that's your measuring stick on the season, I guess that's your opinion then.  Your incessant complaining makes this forum hard to read, but I guess that's what the block button is for.

MacEwen and Foligno looked like a draw, but I guess Foligno was bleeding.

Either way they were showing they weren’t gonna get pushed around.

Just goes to show they can play that way. It’s just about choosing to do it consistently.

Umm we had two fights and won both.

Not sure who was getting pushed around.

Jake won but don’t be a homer on the McEwen fight

pretty sure the hokey fights votes won’t go McEwen’s way

the issue is not 2 fights, it’s the complete game. greenway and foligno did whatever they wanted with zero response

we didn’t finish checks or hit anyone for that matter

It’s amazing how our kool aid base just accepts losing 2 straight

not critically looking at what is not working is a huge mistake

people think the playoffs are a lock? Think again

No one is “accepting” losing some here are realistic and know the team is going to have some off nights... especially at the end of a long road trip.

No one has said the playoffs are a lock either, so not sure who you're talking about...

And across the board. From the captain on down. They need to play with more of an edge from a hits perspective too.
