Vancouver, B.C. - Vancouver Canucks General Manager Jim Benning announced today that the club has acquired goaltender Louis Domingue from the New Jersey Devils in exchange for Zane McIntyre.

Domingue, 27, posted a 3-8-2 record along with a .882 save percentage and a 3.79 goals-against average in 16 games with the Devils this season. He also appeared in seven games with the Binghamton Devils in 2019.20, posting a record of 4-2-1 and 2.45 goals-against average. Domingue played in four games with the Tampa Bay Lightning affiliate the Syracuse Crunch this season (2-1-1), before being traded to the New Jersey Devils on Nov. 1/19.

Through 138 career NHL games and 122 games started, Domingue has posted a 58-57-10 record, .904 save percentage and a 3.04 goals-against average with the Arizona Coyotes, Tampa Bay Lightning and New Jersey Devils. He has registered two career shutouts.

The 6-3, 208-pound St-Hyacinthe, QC, native set a Coyotes record for wins by a rookie goalie and was named the NHL's rookie of the month in January 2016, going 6-3-2 with a 2.20 goals-against average and a .925 save percentage.

Domingue was drafted by the Coyotes in the fifth round, 138th overall, at the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
