A suggestion you'll stop "if" means you'd abandon your ideas...so maybe consider that now as they seem fleeting. Reactionary. Not calling timeouts again dumb. But putting Sutter and Roussel out against top lines and leaving Petterson and Tofoli and Miller to sit and watch is insane. Green needs to smarten up! Should the Leafs not of drafted Matthews? He credits the Coyotes to the reason he played hockey? Should we have not drafted Hughes because he was a fan of the Leafs? What about Jett Woo who was a huge Jets fan, parents even had a custom made classic Jets jersey of him? What about Gaudette who was a Boston fan and even admitted to cheering for them in 2011? What about Boeser? He has a lot of ties to Minnesota? If a team that wins the 1st overall that's not Ottawa or Montreal not draft Lafreniere because he is Quebecois and grew up in that area? Are you saying that we shouldn't draft anyone but Euros and NA players from the Pacific Northwest that like Vancouver?
