Perhaps we was going for a weird WIFOM angle where he wanted us to think he picked a villager to clear once he was caught. Or, perhaps the PZ doesn't start in contact with the infected players. If we lynch MR, and he flips Town, then Ceres is an easy lynch. Given that the medkit is hand sanitizer, and the comments in the OP re: the CDC, I dont think Ceres claim is impossible.
