#1C Brad Richards still on the block! Looking for quality on the wing or LD.

Marc Denis available for cheap!

Paul Ranger can also be moved! Young D with a bit of potential!

Willing to trade any picks for good winger or LD!

Atlanta Thrashers:

Ilya Kovalchuk - Bobby Holik - Marian Hossa

Slava Koslov - Greg Metropolit - Jon Sim

Eric Boulton - Niko Kapanen - Scott Mellanby

Brad Larsen

Vitaly Vishnevski - Niclas Havelid

Andy Sutton - Greg De Vries

Garnet Exelby - Steve McCarthy

Shane Hnidy

Kari Lehtonen

Johan Hedberg

Will definitely be rebuilding. Pretty much everyone except Kovalchuk and Lehtonen can be had. I will be prioritizing young centers/center prospects, D prospects, and/or draft picks.

Trade Block:

Marian Hossa: elite RW in his prime, 2 years remaining at $6mil, not allergic to jerseys. Will require multiple pieces including top prospects.

Slava Koslov: Top 6 winger, put up 294pts in 382 games between 05-10 with the Thrashers so imagine what he could do on a decent team. 1 year at $2.014mil remaining. Can do a futures deal or hockey deal with him.

Steve Rucchin: Bottom 6 C, more of a drinking buddy now but came 18th in Lady Byng voting a year ago. Will take any flier

Scott Mellanby: Finished 4th on the team in scoring as a 40 year old. If you play in the NHL into your 40s, you deserve a chance to win a cup. Will take any flier.

Niclas Havelid: Top pairing Dmen on the Atlanta Thrashers...2 years remaining at $2.5mil, probably a 2nd + prospect deal or multiple draft pick deal.

Greg De Vries: See Havelid description above.

^Bumping for the new players joining. Have already received several inquiries about Hossa. Inquire either here or discord if interested in any pieces!

We'll be keeping our team as is for now to see how the first bit of the season plays out. We have some decent prospects in the system and will give some of our younger guys on the roster like Zherdev and Brule a chance to succeed and see how that turns out. As it stands, there are no real expectations for CBJ this year, only we hope to see progression from our youth. We still look to make the playoffs for the first time in franchise history but it will unlikely be this season.

Paul Kariya (C) - Brad Richards (A) - Martin Erat

Steve Sullivan - Jason Arnott - J.P. Dumont

Josef Vasicek - Michal Handzus - Alex Radulov

Darcy Hordichuk - Scott Nichol - Jordin Tootoo

Jerrod Smithson - Nikita Alexeev

Kimmo Timonen - Shea Weber

Ryan Suter - Marek Zidlicky

Dan Hamhuis - Greg Zanon

Nashville is committed to winning the Stanley Cup with this group,  and we feel the addition of a prime aged Brad Richards will be crucial to our success. With several key pending UFAs but a strong prospect core we were comfortable giving up some of our extensive forward depth to get a player of Richards caliber.

After a deeper diver on my roster, got a bunch of older guys still producing. Going to try and add some pieces, if possible, to make whatever run I can.

18 year old Jiri Tlusty, who was just drafted in 2006 at 13th overall, is being dangled for a forward or a defenseman.
