Gary Smith was able to take #45 with no one else particularly close to contending. Schmautz barely won the nominations with five, so Bobby Schmautz was added as a voting option.

On to the final five polls!

Reminder to both vote and nominate another player to be added as a voting option!

For those of you who haven't seen these kinds of polls before, the way they work is you vote for who you think is the greatest/top Canuck at the position. As for what is meant by "Greatest" or "Top", I will leave that to each individual. I have my own interpretations, but others may define it differently. Worth noting, that I do want to keep this to their tenures with Vancouver and as players, thus a player like Neely would only be considered for his Vancouver time and guys like Quinn and Crawford would only be considered for their playing careers, not their coaching careers.

Voting for Kevin McCarthy again.

Nominating Barry Pederson. Despite the fact that he was a disappointment compared to Neely (what we gave up to get him), Pederson did have three straight 70+ point seasons and was a solid forward as a Canuck for a bit over three seasons, remaining close to a point-per-game with 197 points in 233 games.

I don't know about you guys but Gelinas was a canuck for 5 seasons and two he scored 30+ goals.  Better stats (then anyone else on the list),  some if his best years with the Canucks and played an important roll on the team.  He's my pick.

Nominating: Sandlak

Next Malholtra.
