Popular Post Monty
You are on a thin line because bullying really is unacceptable and targeting women, in particular is so "not cool". I'm going to ask that PM's be monitored too...as you guys are using that outlet very inappropriately

Popular Post Nail
Hey all, this is the end unfortunately. I want to thank you all for participating in 10 seasons of 6.0. We've had some great memories but I think now is the right time to call er quits. Thank you to all the members of the BOG and most of the GMs in the league for making it a pleasant experience. For the others, kick rocks. I hope to see you all in 7.0 once it gets rolling again Spoiler Who actually fell for that? Popular Post Nail
2027 DRAFT TIDBITS PART 2 Sigi Hauptman (G) One of the top goalie prospects in this years draft, Hauptman is massive coming in at 6'7 and 198 lbs. Playing for the L.A. Selects program, Hauptman hasn't had much experience against better competition yet, and is likely to play in the AHL next season if he is unable to secure a NCAA scholarship. Like many big goalies, Haputman blocks most of the net while in the butterfly, but is prone to letting in goals in which he is going lateral side to side. Due to a lack of competition, many scouts aren't sure how Hauptman will translate, and may be a bit of a longer term project. Brandon Edquist (C) A playmaking centerman playing for the GNG-Poland High School team in Michigan, Edquist has dominated the league the past few years putting up point totals of 90, 73, and 89 points in 60 games. Playing there again this season, Edquist is another prospect who will need to either get a scholarship or will be in the AHL next year. Edquist is very poor defensively, he may even project as a winger at the NHL level. At 6'2, he has very good speed and playing as a winger may actually bring out more production in him than playing as a center would. Alexey Mukhametdinov (RD) A hulking, 6'4 233 lbs defensive defenceman straight out of Russia, Mukhametdinov is a mammoth you don't want to mess with. Mukhametdinov is a throwback style defenseman, who loves to play physical but may not provide you with much offense. There are some comparisons to Columbus defenceman Cole Samson, however scouts are not sure how high his ceiling may be in comparison to Samson. While just as effective defensively, it remains to be seen whether Mukhametdinov has any offensive upside at all. Mukhametdinov is averaging over 2.5 hits per game this year in the KHL. James Rose (G) The goalie who may challenge Hauptman as the top prospect within this class, Rose is currently in his second season with the Whitby Fire. Like Hauptman, Rose has not played against any significant competition to date, making them two of the more risky top prospect investments. At 6'5 and 185 lbs, Rose has NHL size however loves to play in his butterfly. He is prone to letting in goals up high and he needs to get a lot stronger in order to make a future impact. Like Hauptman, Rose may be a longer term project, and only time will tell to see how he develops. Taylor Wotherspoon (RW/LW) A later birthday goal scoring winger from the Kootenay Ice, Wotherspoon scored 50 last season in 72 games showing just how effective he could be. This season, on a weaker Kootenay team, Wotherspoon only has 12 through 27 games showing he may need someone who can dish him the puck in order to score goals. At 6'2 and 200 lbs, Wotherspoon is a fairly good skater, however besides his shot a lot of the rest of his game is still a bit underdeveloped. This includes his ability to play defense, as well as create offense through passing. Although not a major flaw, this could be something that holds him back. 9 1 1
