That’s quite the dedication.  For me it’s staying up that late ... definitely worth the lost sleep and the zombie state that follows the day after ha ha ..

Already sad that it COULD be over but counting on it not being over yet. 

 

There's that old one day/game at a time thing and although it seems like an insurmountable feat, you just never know.

 

Have really gotten a boost out of watching our guys play through this horrible COVID ordeal.  I thank all of them for making the sacrifice of leaving their families to stay in a bubble in order to put playoffs together.  I was skeptical that they could...but they've all hung in there to make this work.

 

Let's go Canucks....Vegas Boogey Men are not unbeatable and you already know that.  Get 'er done!!

Win or lose, I hope to see an all out effort which I think we will have.  These boys play for each other and no one wants to be the weak link.  

 

I think Markstrom is playing injured, I remember a couple of games ago he struggled to get up after making a big save.  Demko may start, no matter, in playoffs it's the next man up.  Boys will play hard in front of him, I think Demko has matured and will rise to the challenge.  

 

Think we've had solid coaching to this point, expect to see a few tweaks tonight that will help us.

Tonight it’s ride or die and I couldn’t be more proud of the heart and growth of this team. We have our core intact and just need to get rid of the stopgap contracts as the new prospects get sprinkled in. This will be like game 5 against St Louis where we come out of the second period guns a blazing balls to the wall never say die attitude.

 

 

I want to thank all of the posters on here with their insight, jokes and stories that I can relate being a die hard fan. You make it even more enjoyable watching the games and being more engaged. You guys make it seem normal to be invested in a team that you have no power or control over but love just as strong as family and friends. Just a big Canuck Family in here. Happy to spend it with you guys and gals!
 

If this is indeed our last ride for the 2020 season it’s been a slice and I knew meaningful games in April was a thing but meaningful games in September?! Let’s go and make this as hard on Vegas as we can. Go Canucks Go! 
 

 

Lastly... who would’ve thought we would still be in season while the two finalists for last year are golfing? I’d call you bat$€!+ crazy! So proud of this team!

Let’s hope that through all this experience the boys take that “playoff hockey” attitude to next season 

 

next take a night off, play with intensity, know that you can compete, and most importantly finish your damn checks 

 

oh and stick to only 5 skaters maximum when we don’t have the goalie pulled !!!
