Yes, but treadmills offer uphill-type resistance that some people can't find within a convenient commute.  

 

Believe me, I love trail running, but to get to a decent one from where I currently reside adds at least 90 mins to the routine compared to where the nearest gym is.  

 

I live in concrete city, and am desperately trying to get back to the country for this very reason.

Hoping we go with Demko. There will be too much negativity around here if Markstrom starts and we lose. As much as he wants to play it’s just hard to imagine a goalie who was unfit to play suddenly become game ready in two days, let alone for a possible back to back. Let the hot goalie ride it out for game 6 and IF there’s a game 7 let a rested Marky take over on the end of the back to back.
