Hard choice have to ask demko if he is good to go.  The torch is on demko for stealing two games for us. If it wasn't for him there would be no game 7.  But I would start marky if he lets in a soft goal then back to demko.

Have to go with Demko if he’s 100% healthy. I think Marky’s injury has been bothering him for a couple games. Can’t put an injured goalie in for a game 7.

Look at those Carey Price numbers. He's going to be the Vezina winner next season now that he has a legit backup and won't have to play 65 games again..

50 to 55 games and Price will be lights out..

This is so true!  Demko made some great saves but the 5 guys in front of him held their positions, got into passing lanes, got their sticks, bodies in the way.  Not to take anything away from Demko but if you put any good goalie back there he might eat a lot of rubber but hes gonna look good if he plays the angles right and holds his position.

Keep them on the outside and counter punch with your elite kids.  If they win tomorrow this is legendary stuff.

Goosebumps bud. Well said.

The plus side of this back to back is that hopefully momentum does carry over. Negative side is obviously fatigue.

This has been such a magical run, I never want it to end.

Both sides will be fatigued though - and Green spread the minutes out wisely tonight.

It's probably a bit more conducive to recovery when you're not stressed out after losing a pair of games to back into game 7.

And Lehner - if they do start him - is a 240lb goaltender - a huge guy - that is not built for back to backs....Demko on the other hand, is 24.  Markstrom is rested - hopefully one of them will be fit to go tomorrow.

So - we might have injuries to Miller, Sutter, Myers, and a few other guys - but they chirped and talked tough - they're frustrated and tired themselves - and they blew a 3-1 lead last year, so the pressure on them - and their goaltender - will probably be fairly intense.

Because the sedins had the inside scoop on petterson.  Sedins told him not to excel and land in 5th for us since we never ever got 1st pick since the sedans. There parting gift to us fans.  Petterson was trained by the sedins.

Where’s your source on this? I’m curious...

100% ... FWIW really feels like the pressure is all on them in game 7.  They’re a strong, effective team but a lot of questions in net and regarding last season.

Meanwhile, our crew continues to defy all odds and play their hearts out.  We have a young core and a speedy team full of snipers who weren’t supposed to be here. Have to like our chances.

How did Nick Cousins get a 10 min misconduct?

He incited Stecher with some headlock/facewash - and then tried to play an innocent turtle game after Stecher reversed the favour.

When they were both sent to the box - Cousins blew a head gasket like a milkhotdog.
