I bet it's just his agent posturing.  Markstrom is the hold up and that will probably be resolved somewhat soon

I think Hoffman might even be a better all around player then Toffoli, but I am not so sure about Dadanov

If Hoff can be had for 5m per. I'd strongly consider it. Just as long as it's only like 4, maybe 5, years, but he could maybe get a 6 year deal for more money elsewhere. It really depends on the market. Once Hall is off the board Hoffman's price goes up. I like our LW right now too. Miller and Pearson are solid. It's tough to add a LWer when we have two solid, youngish top 6 LWers already. Toffoli helps take the load off Boeser who is our only top 6 talent and gives us time to develop Pod and Lind properly. That's why he was so valuable to us.

He’s a little old for term over four years - but yeah at 5 he’d be an upgrade for sure - on TT that is.   Generally thought that TT is the fourth best winger available this year.   Hall, Hoffman/Dadanov, then TT and the numbers support that.
