Not sure if our goalie coach can fix him up again.

Would have to make that $1M x 2 yr. Need to have a goalie on the roster available for Seattle expansion draft.

His injury in 2016 finished him, never the same player after that. inthink if it wasn’t for that groin injury then he would still be top level but now he’s finished , got no mobility left and I doubt he will play many games even if picked up due to its reoccurrence

He’s done it’s not a goalie coach issue it’s his body that’s given up 1

Or are the bridges there burned already. There was never a bridge there.

Yes. But nothing concerning bringing back Schneider in any capacity to “mentor” Demko. Demko just played a top five playoff game played by a goalie in the history of the NHL. He PTSDed the VGKs on that night. What in the world could Schneider ever contribute to Demko. Ian Clark on the other hand; he’s the master puppeteer. Come back home to the city that made you an ICON! I'd give him a 1 million, 1 year, show me you can still play, contract! His performance problems the last couple of years are due to injury issues, not due to core ability and understanding of how to protect the net. I would take that chance.
elvis15
Wouldn't say no to a PTO. Any number of the goalies on the bottom rung of UFAs will be looking for a contract when we get started again.
Lancaster
Serious groin injuries may take years to recover, especially so for goalies. For league minimum, I'd take a flyer at Schneider.
