McBackup
So much for "wanting to win". I guess Buffalo is going for first overall again. Edited October 11, 2020 by Bitter Melon

Pettersson the goat
But I thought he really cared about winning... if someone offered me 8 mill for potentially 82 games most likely less I would take that though.
SilentSam
I think he ends up in Seattle next season,. Have a fantastic year with Eichel,. and shoot for the moon in the Expansion.

The Lock
I'm kind of happy for Buffalo. They deserve a break from all of the hardship over the past 10 years. Hopefully it's enough to at least get them closer to a playoff position, if not by the coming up season.

Not many can fit in his entire cap hit for a full season. Dude is playing 4D chess Edited October 12, 2020 by shazzam
FutureFilm
So Buffalo's way of keeping Eichel happy and for Hall a short term blow the stats ups season and then cash in next year when the cap/teams could be in a better situation.
JeremyCuddles
Buffalo needs a goalie. Sad thing is no one wants to play there. Hall signing is nice for Eichel and their forward group. But it does nothing to help them where they are weakest. In net. Unless they want to pin all their hopes for this season on a rookie goalie. Bold strategy if that's the case. They do have an over abundance of top 4 RD. So maybe the idea is to trade one for a goalie. But the only goalie I really know of on the market is Flower. Cause he signed in Buffalo. Management trying to make Eichel happy. One year to the highest bidder pretty obvious. Maybe get a bunch of points playing with Eichel. Then sign another big multi dollar deal somewhere else. There’s a reason a player of his caliber has been traded twice. He actually made the coyotes worse last year. It’s just my opinion
