What exactly is the plan here... Are we really gonna put that much pressure on our rookies to perform and our stars to take big leaps forward?  We've lost so much depth and experience so far this offseason....

So far this off season is a giant L.

All I can think of now is Benning wants to get younger and needed the cap space for upcoming trades. 

 

Time will tell.

Damn what does he have planned....

 

I understand why he rented toffoli,  boeser was injured and we wanted the playoffs.

 

But damn.

 

Must be the term cause that aav is nice.

You have to wonder if ownership put their foot down on longer term deals for 30 year olds. Or maybe Benning is REALLY scared of another Eriksson deal.

 

I would have been ok with this deal for Toffoli.

It does if they told him to fix the cap, if they miss the playoffs he gets fired and a new gm comes in with an easier team cap to manage.
