So yeah, decisions will need to be made I suspect we have Kielly up as the goalie and just sign some cheap AHL backup. Slight potential that we see Silovs as well.

I'd think they'd like to leave Mikey D in the AHL vs the taxi group, for his development to continue properly. I had mentioned this a while back, seems like the Canucks will have to go out and find another goalie. Not a chance they leave DiPietro or Kielly inactive. They need to develop.

BCNeil
Looks like they just have to figure out where Vancouver will play. Canadian division will be fun for one year.

Stressful for me. There’s not much worse than losing to the Leafs, but not much sweeter than beating them.

Nevertheless, it is OK for people from ON and AB to jump on the plane, come here (no quarantine), and go shopping in our crowded malls or do whatever they want. At the same time, it is not OK for NHL teams (all personel tested constantly) to travel on chartered jet, go nowhere except rink and hotel (and bring extra $$ to the economy in the process) Makes zero sense, but maybe I can't understand something here? Well said. 100% agree. I’m all for protecting people from Covid-19 and have agreed with most of the policies that they’ve put into place (providing that they are sensical), however this makes no sense at all.
Nuxfanabroad
Very concerned our players will be disproportionately-punished by DOPES(Dept of player's excellent safety), for a sudden hackin' cough over in the corner. Should our guys even de-mask on ice?!?
Popular Post DeNiro
So now the Canucks players and staff have to uproot their families to go live in Edmonton or Toronto despite the fact they would be posing no more risk than any activity that is currently allowed. The political grandstanding is blatantly obvious. You can’t tell me having people packed in shopping malls poses less risk. Really curious to see what their reasoning is. Seems to me like they’re arbitrarily choosing what businesses can operate and which can’t. 2 1

Then Montreal and Winnipeg are no slouches either. I'll even go out on a limb and say the Canadiens will finish top-3. Calgary will disappoint.
