People who recover from Covid are extremely unlikely to suffer hospitalization thereafter. The natural immunity they gain is stronger than vaccine immunity alone, as one would expect. There's also no benefit shown to the vaccine + natural immunity combination. Plus, immunity wanes, so those who have recovered from Covid will still need a booster. How many do you think would submit to that? Knowing a number of owner operators who fudge their logs and don't get their vehicles certified or inspected... ever.
