My statement in an unedited four-minute clip was taken out of context but I'm not going to clarify what I actually met.

Then I'll follow it up with an absurb comparison that's factually baseless.

Are we really at the stage where we can ease off measures:

Our leadership has done a reasonable job thus far imo, I hope talk of easing measures isn't a result of political/social pressure.   If medical science says so then fine, but if it's other reasons.....well.....

But it will only happen if cases keep falling, and the province is preparing for a second wave in the fall

The above statement was right below the title. Seems clear restrictions won't be eased until cases keep falling.

we've been running an experiment for a month now on how we get groceries, the numbers are dropping using that 6' distance and metering in the number of people in a store. So if we can apply that to other situations like BC Parks and retail stores you'd think that would be the way to begin.

The question is tho, will the dummies out there still comply? or will we see a lot of conflict?

I'm curious as to where that "100% recovery rate" comes from. Everything I've read so far runs the gamut of "Doesn't work" to "needs more data":

Probably want to check who signs her paycheque.

3 cases in two counties?

I read a story earlier today that said there are several counties in the US with zero cases reported. Trump and Pence were using those statistics and glossing over hard hit counties, to try and paint a rosy picture of the overall impact of COVID-19 in the US.

To be fair...it was probably West Virginia and Mississippi that reported no cases because people in those states cannot count.    The two states were reported as the two dumbest states in amurika!!

Not surprised a majority of the states on that list are in the south, just sayin'.

I am super surprised about Indiana being on that list though...Purdue, Notre Dame, Indiana University, Ball St, Valparaiso..they've got some really good universities there.  Would have expected them higher.

Not only are they dealing with the pandemic down South,

There were more than 60 reports of tornadoes that ripped across Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia beginning Easter Sunday night and continuing into the Carolinas on Monday, according to the Weather Channel.
