Straight from the Icelandic Saga's. Do yourself a favour and read 'The Saga of Egil Skallagrimson'. Born in Iceland he was one of the Biggest, Baddest, Toughest Vikings in history. He was also a 'scald', a form of poet and he was one of the best at that at the time too.

Honestly, I don't think much is to be gained by kids going back to school at this point in the year. Unless it's for provincial or final exams, and study sessions for those exams. If the parents who HAVE to work, and need a place to have their kids go for half a day to help the parents out, I'm ok if it's voluntary. And totally optional. Then it's up to the parents to decide. Because who knows what's going to happen in September. The reality is the majority of the public has done a good job. I've asked when I go grocery shopping how the staff is holding up. From what they've told me 98% of the people are understanding, and working well together. There's that 1-2% of idiots out there that think the world revolves around them. Protestors that want to do what they want, clearly don't get the "big picture". Everyone already has been impacted. The more the curve gets flattened, the quicker things can hopefully go be back to some semblance of normalcy. Or hopefully as normal as we can get. The world has a lot of problems. Maybe we should work on fixing those problems, not making them worse. 1 2 1
kingofsurrey
Went to Coscto today. All shoppers were handed free masks to wear inside. I can not believe that probaby 30-40 percent of the shoppers refused to wear a Free mask while shopping in Costco. Are BC citizens really that stupid ? 2
