Rick Blight
Good career and I suspect he will move into a Knight's management role before long.
goalie13
I wonder for how many players on the retirement bubble, that Covid and this re-jigged season are the reason to pull the plug?
Gurn
A bit over $14 mill in career earnings. A good, solid, no nights off, player. 1

"Roll call for Loui, roll call for Loui..." -- j/k we all know he's not leaving. Props to Engelland for a solid career though, wonder if we'd still take him over Jordie Benn at this point. King Heffy
Hated playing against him, but he was very effective.

Over 60% of it was that crazy 3-year deal the Flames gave him in 2014. Nice depth guy to have, and obviously a good guy in the room...but still. That's essentially what Canucks did with Beagle though. Over half of his career earnings will be the 4-year deal we gave him.

It would be embarrassing for the team and fanbase how hard the celebrations for a player retiring would be. I wouldn't be embarrassed however - the guy cashed in on our team and hasn't shown he's anything other than an aged, slow, only-defensive, perimeter player.
