New Jersey Devils 2 for $40 Special

Potential roster for NJ next season. Everyone on our roster could be made available in the right trade scenario. However if no one bites we would have a semi decent team for next season which could be fun :D Our goal will be to focus on adding to our young core ages 18-22. We would however move anyone 23+ for the appropriate price.  If we don't get that price though we likely let the kids play! Players in Red have been exposed. Best of luck minister! happy building.

Kyle Palmieri - Dylan Larkin - Connor Sheary
Andreas Johnsson - Sam Bennett - Kasperi Kapanen
Alex Newhook - Colin White - Michael Rasmussen
Dylan Gambrell - Brandon Sutter - Denis Malgin
Nick Caamano - Ryan Suzuki - Jayce Hawryluk

Marcus Pettersson - Damon Severson
Nikolai Knyzhov - Artem Zub
Philip Broberg - Nikita Zaitsev
Jake McCabe - Andre Sekera
Matt Benning

Darcy Kuemper
Thomas Greiss

Picks 1-30 in each round have been updated here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NrRGMO1oQPAi0eY8zUYcnT-1t0UTEc3zdCr0FsQ_gow/edit#gid=572555230

A reminder that the Entry Draft will begin during the Stanley Cup Finals.

Just so i am not confused: Seattle begins its picks now right? Will they be done prior to the entry draft?

not so much that I will be drafting for positional needs but maybe? lol.

EDIT: I am good now, read the scheddy on the league announcements page of discord..they will overlap a bit as Seattle has until the end of the final round of the playoffs to get er done.  Cheers all.

Pittsburgh is open to moving the number 9 overall selection in this year's draft, however we are looking to either double up on later picks if not add a quality defenseman to the team.

If you have a variety of picks in later in the 1st or in other rounds and want to discuss let me know.

Completely prepared to make our selection should we keep the pick, interested parties feel free to drop me a line here or on discord.

The Seattle Kraken have done a preliminary analysis of each CDCFL Expansion List, and are moving towards making final selections.

We are open to talking trades, and these can take 4 forms

1) A deal to *NOT* select a specific player

2) A deal to *TAKE* a specific player

3) A deal to select a player from a different team to trade to yours

4) A deal involving moving around in the Entry Draft, including dropping from 2nd OA

You can reach me here by DM, or through Discord (theminister)

We look forward to talking to each of you.

Further to the above post...

There is no point in you asking me, "Who do you plan on taking from my team?"

Quick answer: "I'm not going to tell you."

It's up to each GM to tell me who they don't want me to take, as that is my leverage.

That info isn't going to be free.

Announcement:

The 2021 CDCFL Entry Draft Thread will be posted later this week, likely around Canada Day. This will give @theminister some time to continue with his expansion draft process.

As we are starting our entry draft later than previous years, we will begin with a 24 hour clock on all picks. As our draft inches closer to the real life NHL draft of July 23rd, time limits will begin to decrease, regardless of how far we are into the draft. I will take the next few days to confirm what the exact time limits will be.

Please keep in mind that this may still change, as a lot can be dependent on Seattle selecting their team so we can lift our roster/trade freeze to allow for trades. Just wanted to give all a heads up on what you can expect.
