Canada is just a much better country than the US and it felt like the right move. MTL are going to be cup winners before yall know it, and Seattle will regret not taking me as their new GM. I only wanted to go there anyway because all other jobs were taken. F*** Seattle. Primal Optimist Posted March 17, 2021 Share Posted March 17, 2021 Following days long consultations with coaching staff, Todd McLellan, Trent Yawney, Marco Sturm, and Bill Ranford, and armed with my marching orders from the ownership group, Phil Anschutz and Ed Roski, I can confirm as the new General Manager, well, not much will be happening for a week or two while we continue to assess our assets. OTB, for the right return at this time are Ryan Getzlaf, Tyler Bozak and Mark Giordano.
