Disgusting.  Proof once again that Bettman doesn't care how much of a joke he makes out of the league.  Simply unacceptable; my Sportsnet subscription has been cancelled as I can not support this garbage by keeping the scumbags desecrating the sport employed.

Question ... when the banner of the Division Champs are raised will they also include the sponsor in the banner? 

 

I am disappointed ... I was thinking that they change the name of division based on the sponsors.

 

Who doesn't want to call a division "The Bud Light Division" ?

Beautifully said.    Players love this too - anything at all to help them slowly pay-back 2/3 of this years massive paycheque’s.  In the end it’s us fans that have to put up with it.   Guess Bettman standing infront of a camera and saying “over my dead body” when questioned about would the league ever sell advertising on the uniforms (because adidas was given the first green light in history to put their logo on the new uniform deal) - really means “over my dead body unless we have a pandemic”.

 

Im still waiting for Bettman to drop dead - but it hasn’t happened yet.

Heffy sometimes I can’t tell if your just venting.   This is one point I’m with you on but shamefully I won’t be joining you on your hunger strike....it’s disgusting.   Bettman promised he’d not do this.   Now it’s happening.   I get the reasons - but my fear is that they won’t ever ever revert.   A new revenue stream and all.  Hope I’m wrong.   Would rather the players just sucked it up and got paid their share which is half.

One hundred percent serious.  Should have saved money by firing the scumbags who thought this was acceptable.
