Ghostsof1915
He will probably get picked up by the Kraken eventually. Then we can see more Smilin' Ben Hutton.

mll
Guessing it’s to replace Djoos who they just lost to waivers. Djoos was only waived to get under the cap before putting Kesler on LTIR and unfortunately for Anaheim got claimed by Detroit. Anaheim had traded Sprong for him and extended him to a 1M deal. 1

oldnews
It looks like some time out of the fishbowl/spotlight may have served him well. Good outcomes in Los Angeles imo. 4g, 12a, +5 in 65 games. 46.9% ozone starts (team low), 55.5% corsi (3rd on the Kings). 18 minutes/ night. Secondary pk minutes. 2.4 on ice goals against per 60 (es) - 23rd on LA. Not bad at all. Perhaps a bit 'inflated' playing with Matt Roy and Poughty, but still, probably good enough on paper (and on a poor team) to earn another shot...
-DLC-
Woops....search failed me again. Or maybe it was me failing to search properly (more likely). I always liked him and will continue to root for him. One of those guys it's hard not to...he makes watching fun. 3
CRAZY_4_NAZZY
Good for Hutton. I think he regularly works out nearby in California so it makes a lot of sense too with Covid going on. Been following his social media and he looks very fit, doesn't have those pudgy cheeks he first had in Vancouver, he looks very very fit now. Sounds like he finally got the message. Hope he gets a deal with Anaheim although they are pressed against the cap atm. 1

RWMc1
I used to tell my boys to have fun before every game and practice. Ben seems to do that still. We have Schmidty who does as well. Good for Ben.
