It's hard to know how to answer you without being critical.  Source? Ok.  First it is the requirement in BC if you have had close exposure to someone who has tested positive that you must self quarantine for 14 days.  Not sure how you missed that. The NHL is not exempt from this.

 

Second look up Canuck Clay's VLog he talks about it as well.  It's unfortunate for sure.
