The backcheck is what earns him the bench, not the mistake. Giving up on the play isn't his style. A good coach will demote him for a game for that effort.

Not fast, not physical = not good...but Myers should run at another one of their players just to get even for taking a couple in the face from EdmundStation

This is going to be Greens downfall, Petey struggling severly, ice time not reduced, Jake playing well, sits on the bench. Willy D all over again. Sad.

The Canucks keep trying to score highlight reel goals and the Habs are shooting from everywhere and taking our goaltender’s creases away at every opportunity. We need a Burrows or Lappy type of player because Roussel just seems disinterested.

A good analogy is that a guy (the Canucks) has been striking out with every girl he’s asked out for like five years. Then all of a sudden an absolute goddess (last year’s playoffs) walks into his life and they begin dating, she’s beautiful, funny and the girl of his dreams. Then out of nowhere (this year) she vanishes into thin air, leaves him a note that she has to leave and will never see him again. Ripping his heart out of his chest in the process
