I really do feel sorry for Green and the lineup he was given. He will get blames but our third and fourth offer nothing.Teams just have to shut down the top two lines.

The problem with "turning the other cheek" is that we are relying on gettjng a PP (that never comes) and that our PP is going to score (which is dismal this year).

After 3 full seasons and a long playoff run, other teams are going to dissect your system and know your system as well as you know your system.

 

Considering the fact that you play each other 9, 10 times, you bet that all other CDN teams studied our system extensively.

 

IMO, Green and his staff needs to go. It's just matter of time.

 

Great coaches build systems that play to the players' strengths.

 

Bad coaches fix the system and force the players to play it. Kind of like fitting a square peg into a round hole. It ain't getting us far, we knew that in the Vegas series.
