Here's my hot take. Systems were exposed due to Marky and Tanev leaving. Coaching staff refuse to change even though players are clearly not buying into it. Some players are clearly frustrated with it and the coaching, start to not give any effort. Miller taking it too far and players are frustrated with him. Negative locker room. Snowball effect.

 

I don't know. I just wanna find out wtf is happening. This team is not THIS bad holy $&!#.

The problem with the Canucks is that they don't even have anyone to come in and evaluate the problem. They could fire the coaching staff but they don't have a President/GM/other staff who could sit behind the bench for a few games while the search for the right coach takes place.
